The King County Fire Chiefs are excited to host the 6th annual KCFCA Leadership Summit,  Successful Leadership: Resilience, Communication, and Decision Making, at the Clearwater Resort & Casino. We continually strive to build upon our four pillars of leadership: Leadership Development, Inclusion & Equity, Mental Wellness, and Communication. Leadership is about building and maintaining relationships. This Summit provides a great opportunity to do so throughout the region. This experience is open to any rank but is geared toward those aspiring to be a Battalion Chief level or higher. Please consider attending. Register and reserve your room early. We look forward to hosting you as we continue the discussion of leadership.
