2026 King County Fire Chiefs Leadership Summit

The King County Fire Chiefs are excited to host the 9th annual KCFCA Leadership Summit, "Lead with Purpose: Resilience in Service," at the Suquamish Clearwater Casino Resort. We continually strive to build upon our four pillars of leadership: Leadership Development, Inclusion & Equity, Mental Wellness, and Communication. Leadership is about building and maintaining relationships. This Summit provides an excellent opportunity to do so throughout the region. This experience is open to any rank but geared toward those aspiring to be a Battalion Chief level or higher. Register and reserve your room early.
