About the event
The KCFCA Mental Wellness Subcommittee recognizes the unique behavioral health and wellness needs of Fire/EMS system professionals. Aligned with the Behavioral Health Road Map, this retreat is designed to strengthen connections, advance proactive wellness strategies, and support mental health across the career continuum. Formal and informal leaders, peer support members, and administrators from King County fire agencies are encouraged to participate in this free opportunity. Agencies are encouraged to attend in cohorts to strengthen alignment and advance this work together.
