2024 King County Fire Chiefs Leadership Summit

The King County Fire Chiefs are excited to host the 7th annual KCFCA Leadership Summit, "Navigating change for today, tomorrow, and beyond." at the Clearwater Resort & Casino. We continually strive to build upon our four pillars of leadership: Leadership Development, Inclusion & Equity, Mental Wellness, and Communication. Leadership is about building and maintaining relationships. This Summit provides a great opportunity to do so throughout the region. This experience is open to any rank but geared toward those aspiring to be a Battalion Chief level or higher. Event details, including the Summit agenda, are linked here.
